To monitor the implementation of applicable labor regulations, and to manage communications with employees in order to get a good mapping of industrial relations situations, to manage regular employee recreational to create harmonious industrial relations.
To coordinate the implementation and administration of human resource policies and activities to ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for meeting the company's objectives.
To manage the availability of IT tools & infrastructure, to monitor network service continuity and ensure the security of corporate electronic data, and to manage IT asset maintenance in order to support employees working activities.
To recommend and ensure implementation of strategic directions for people development within the organization.
To manage and maintain processes and procedures in assigned functional areas including conducting research and statistical analyses, and makes recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor degree in human resources management or psychology
10 -12 year work experience in HR and 5 years in managerial role
In depth experience in managing daily, monthly activity all areas of human resources
Advance understanding of local employment act/ law and local statutory requirements
Advance skill in job interview and dealing with community leaders
Experience working on remote site in construction/mining industry.
