To map industrial relations condition at site and to organize and develop guidance to management on industrial relations to ensure compliance with government regulation and labor law.
To be responsible for awareness program on Employment Regulations, Company Regulations, Directors' Decisions, Guidelines, Company Policies, and other relevant legislation to employees and to ensure their compliance.

To monitor and ensure contractor labor and contractor comply with the employment regulations.
Bachelor degree in Law (Labor Law is preferred)
5 – 8 years of experience working at mining contractor/owner.
Wide experience in Industrial and Community relation
Have numerous exposure of employee dispute and mediation
Intermediate knowledge Labor law and government regulation
Intermediate skill in mediation, problem solving and investigation
