Their business credentials are confirmed by the smooth transition in which the company has grown in its brief history; the doubling of gold production capacity, the securing of major syndicated loans in 2013 with both domestic and multinational banks and the building of two new mines in a challenging economic environment.

He has spent most of his career in the mining industry and has applied his past experiences in contract mining to becoming a business owner/operator running J Resources.

He is not affiliated to any other member of the Board of Directors or Board of Commissioners of the Company, but he is, by investment, the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company.
