In all of its operating areas, J Resources has always tried to be a good neighbor to the surrounding communities, especially villages within its empowerment area. Open and productive communication is built between the Company and the community. With this in mind, the Company has a special External Relations team whose job is to directly meet the community and other stakeholders, and build good relationships with them. This good relationship must be based on mutual respect and trust.

Furthermore, the Company established a Community Communication Forum (FDM) consisting of representatives of the Company, the Community represented by community leaders, and representatives from the Government. This FDM meets regularly, discusses matters and issues related to the Company’s activities that are being raised in the community, and then finds solutions. From this Forum, the Company will also get inputs including complaints, so that the Company can follow up with appropriate responses and programs.
