PIKIRAN RAKYAT BMR - National mining company PT J Resources Bolaang Mongondow (JRBM) since its operation in 2012 has always complied with applicable laws and regulations and carried out its mining business activities in accordance with the provisions. Its contribution to state revenue, local government and the community is carried out consistently according to the rules. Its relationship with the community is well maintained. As a regulator, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), the Provincial Government of North Sulawesi (North Sulawesi), and the District Governments of Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong), South Bolaang Mongondow (South Bolmong), and East Bolaang Mongondow (East Bolmong) continue to supervise and evaluate JRBM.

The Bolmong Regency Government through the Head of the Regional Finance Agency, Drs Ashari Sugeha, gave high appreciation to JRBM for the region. One of them is in increasing regional income, employment, as well as fostering and developing communities around the operation site. ''We really appreciate JRBM's contribution so far in Bolmong, starting from Regional Original Revenue, absorbing labor and helping in development. This is a good example.
Not only JRBM, Bolmong is open to other investments that will enter this area and can contribute, “said Sugeha, who is also the former Regional Secretary of Bolmong. Another thing was also elaborated by the Bolsel Regency Government through the Head of the Environmental Service, Nasarudin Gobel. He fully supports every program made by JRBM related to its role for the region. One of them is the Community Discussion Forum (FDM) which is a forum for discussing various aspects, ranging from social to environmental together with all elements of society.
“Through FDM, it can also be a forum for finding solutions to various problems in order to realize sustainability for the community and the surrounding environment,” he said, while emphasizing that the FDM held by JRBM is an effective forum for mutual discussion and finding solutions related to developing issues, starting from the village, sub-district to district level.
JRBM President Director Anang Rizkani Noor said JRBM pays attention to environmental, social and governance (ESG) aspects as an integral part of business management. “ESG has been applied by many mining companies in Indonesia and the world in their operations to realize sustainable mining,” said Anang. The company carries out and evaluates ESG performance by looking at the factors of balance, transparency, and positive impact on stakeholders.***
